Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Incorrect goods received

If you received the wrong item, please return the item by:

  • Logging the return via an email to orders@elsole.co.za within seven days of receipt of the product.
  • Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging, with stickers and seals attached.

The total delivery and return cost will be for El Sole Crafted Leather’s account.

Damaged goods

If you received a damaged or defective product, you could request a refund on condition that:

  • A return is logged via email to orders@elsole.co.za within seven days of receipt of the product.
  • Images of the damaged product should be attached to the email.

Unwanted Goods

You can request a refund for an unwanted product on the condition that:

  • A return is logged via email to orders@elsole.co.za within seven days of receipt of the product.
  • The item is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging, with stickers and seals attached.
  • The delivery and return cost of unwanted goods will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The Return Process

Once the goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and arrange for our couriers to collect them from you.

If goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered, you will be credited or refunded for the postage and or incurred shipping costs.

Unless you are using our courier company, goods lost in the return delivery process will be your responsibility.

Please package the goods you return carefully so that it does not become damaged in transit. Please include the returns request number and a copy of your original invoice with your return.

All credits will only be processed once we have the products in question.
